We have closed Peterson Lawyers as I am now practicing at Michael Barlett’s law office. My new email address is chuck@bartlettdefense.com and the new office telephone number is: 208-629-2311. Michael and his crew are great advocates. I am lucky to find a home there. The office is currently located at 1002 W Franklin Street in Boise. That may change soon as we look for more space to expand.

My current caseload still has my full attention and the attention of the lawyers and paralegals at Bartlett Law.  I will be taking new cases going forward; just not as many. The time has come to reduce my working hours and spend more time doing “other things.” 

I am not retiring and still intend to go out with my boots on, but I have an old guitar that begs to be played, telemark skis that demand more runs, and too many bicycles that need more miles. All of this and a family that demands a bit more of my time and attention.
